Nori Mail Club is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and worldwide shipping is available.

 

How fast will my order ship?

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive an estimated delivery date and tracking information for your package.

I drop off orders at the post office the same or next day from the day the order is placed, excluding postal holidays. I want every customer to receive their order as quickly as possible!

I source manga from a variety of places and try to keep the selection as diverse as possible. My collection includes manga for different age ranges, genres, and eras, from nostalgic 2000s titles to modern releases.

Nori Mail Club is primarily a one-woman show! I curate products, run the shop, pack orders, create content, and handle customer support.

When things get especially busy, I am very lucky to have family members who help me behind the scenes.

Yes! Every order is personally curated and packed by hand. My goal is for each package to feel like a thoughtful, handmade, hand-wrapped present for the person receiving it.

 

How do you determine your pricing?

Pricing is based on several factors, including the time and materials needed to create and package each item.

For books and manga, pricing may also depend on the title’s condition, release date, rarity, popularity, and availability. Each product is carefully priced based on the individual items and work that go into it.

 

Can I order multiple products for a book club, wedding, or special event?

Absolutely! Bulk and custom orders may be available for book clubs, weddings, parties, gifts, and other special events.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the curated and prepackaged nature of the products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

I provide detailed descriptions and photos so customers can carefully review what is included before purchasing. Please contact me if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item so I can help resolve the issue.

No. Every set is uniquely curated, and the combination of products, packaging, decorations, and handmade details may vary from one set to another. This means each order is truly one of a kind.
